1. Most hotels have Check In at 1 pm. Hence early check in is subject to availability of rooms & at the discretion of the hotel policy / management. For assured early check please book for one day in advance.
2. Amendment of the tour itinerary, for the second time, before the confirmation of the tour, will cost Rs 500 each time.
3. Amendment of the tour itinerary, after the confirmation of the tour, will cost Rs 1000 each part & each time, PLUS charges rose due to modifications in hotels, dates, vehicles, services & etc will also be attracted as per their policies & changes in the ballistic fares.
4. We are not responsible cancellations or changes in tour program that may happen, in short notice before the tour or during the tour, due to all and any reasons beyond our control. Example: Political & Natural Disturbances, Riots, Official Reasons & such other. All additional expenses related to transport, food, accommodation & anything else, in such conditions, will have to borne by the customers.
5. In case of vehicle breakdowns, we will do our best to get the vehicle repaired or call for a substitute vehicle. All additional expenses related to transport, food, accommodation & anything else during that time will have to borne by the customers.
6. We are not responsible for any accidents or ill health, of whatsoever nature & due to any reasons, which may happen to any of our customers and we do not hold any liabilities against it.
7. Additional movement of the vehicles, other than that mentioned in the itinerary or for multiple times in the same itinerary, will attract charges at actual as per the policies of the transporters.
8. AC will not work on hill roads

25% deduction if cancelled 22 to 45 days before the tour date
50% deduction if cancelled 16 to 21 days before the tour date
75% deduction if cancelled 10 to 15 days before the tour date
No Refund if cancelled 07 Days before the tour date
