Tips & Info
  1. We are NOT in a race. Please ride together at a gradual pace enjoying the beauty.
  2. DON’T divert your attention at the scenic beauty while riding. Simply take a break, enjoy the nature, capture moments in your camera and then resume your journey. This way you will help yourself to acclimatize properly.
  3. Acclimatization is more a psychological affair. Please don’t be disturbed when you read figures of altitudes when you are riding and are at Mountain Passes. Relaxing, enjoying the nature and keeping your mind away from scaring yourself are the keys to overcome High Altitudes.
  4. Drink water, walk short paces where ever you stop to photographs or easing and blend as much as possible with the climate. Avoid running and excitement.
  5. When at Camp or Hotel DO NOT remove or change your clothes & shoes immediately. Do it gradually. Let the body adjust to that temperature & barometric pressures gradually.
  6. IMPORTANT: Hydrate your body by drinking adequate Water & Tea at breaks.
* For Pain, Fever, Headache, Dysentery and personal if any
